All Lumive trademarks, logos, and content (except user content) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without permission.

6. In-App Purchases & Refunds

• All purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We do not handle payment information directly.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or the policies of the App Store or Google Play.
• If you have issues with a purchase, please contact the relevant app store support.

7. Account Termination & Deletion

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting contact@lumive.online. Upon deletion, your data will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Lumive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumive and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Lumive after changes means you accept the new Terms.
